Fees for our Services

Whilst there is no cost for initial discussions and meetings, Barnden Financial Services Limited charge a fee for arranging a mortgage which is payable at the time of making an application on the property to be mortgaged (and not ‘agreement in principle’ stage). If your application were to be unsuccessful at the ‘agreement in principle’ stage, no fee is payable.

Our standard fee for arranging a mortgage is £395.
